Customer

The person who provides his/her data on the order form and by clicking ‘Send order’ accepts the Terms and Conditions detailed on this page.

The object of contract

The object of contract is the product (or products) which the Customer ordered from the webshop operated by Pop Sick s.r.o. by clicking ‘Send order’.

The Customer can find a description of the product on the detailed product page. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Customer declares that he/she accepts the product parameters found on the detailed product page. If you have questions concerning any of our products, please write to shop@popsickvintage.com.

Prices

Prices are including VAT. The Provider reserves the right to change prices, but guarantees to Customers that the prices displayed are the ones applying at the time of ordering.

Deliveries

PopSickVintage.com ensure free shipping world-wide when the Customer signs in to our newsletter.

We send every order via Hungarian Postal Service. The Provider always posts orders as Registered post (tracking number included).

You can pay your order via PayPal by using our check-out system or by signing in to your PayPal and sending the price of your order to the email paypal@popsickvintage.com.

We cannot guarantee any specific delivery time but undertake to post the ordered product in 1-4 days when the price of the order has been received via PayPal. The Provider will notify the Customer via e-mail that their orders have been posted.
We need more than 4 processing days with made to order products. In this case, the expected processing time is always marked on the detailed product page.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:
➸ Hungary: 2-4 business days
➸ Europe (EU): 4-8 business days
➸ Europe (Non-EU): 4-11 business days
➸ United States: 9-15 business days
➸ Rest of the World: 9-21 business days

Customs clearance may increase the delivery time outside the EU.

The Provider is liable for every missing package. A package is considered as missing after two months. Please email us in such case.
Firstly we will try to send you an identical product. If we haven’t got a similar product, and you can’t find anything in our webshop which may substitute the original one, we will refund the whole amount of your order.

Right to desist

Within 14 business days after receiving the ordered products, the Customer has the right to desist from buying it (as regulated in government edict 17/1999 (II.5.), on contracts between absent parties). In such a case the Provider will make a full refund (incl. shipping fee) within 20 days at the latest after the Customer desists from buying and returns the product. Any costs incurred in returning the product will be paid by the Customer.

The ordered products should be returned to our address (H-1188, Budapest,Brigád st. 14/a.)

On any points not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, please refer to government edict 17/1999 (II.5.), on contracts between absent parties.

Exchanges and warranties

There is a half-year warranty for all our own products. If any problems occur, our first solution will be to try to fix broken products, and if this is not possible, we’ll try to exchange it for another, similar product. But since we mostly produce unique objects, it may happen that we cannot offer an identical product in exchange. In such cases, you can make another purchase in the shop or the webshop, to the amount of the price of the faulty product.

Guarantee does not extend to products that are not used as intended.

We are sorry, but we can’t undertake guarantee to vintage items.

Dilapidation during delivery

The Provider always packs orders as the special features of the objects require to minimise the chances of damage while in the post.
If the ordered product arrives broken or dilapidated, please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately!

Firstly we will try to send you an identical product. If we haven’t got a similar product, and you can’t find anything in our webshop which may substitute the original one, we will make a full refund.

Privacy policy

We handle the personal information you provide to us while using the webshop confidentially, and never pass them on to a third party. Exceptions to this rule are the information required by the Post, used in postal deliveries.

An invoice is printed about the ordered product, which will be stored for the period and in the place and conditions regulated by the relevant laws.

Validity of Terms and Conditions

Pop Sick s.r.o. reserves the right to partially or wholly revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Terms and Conditions and their modifications become valid when publicised.
