Reworked Vintage Skirt Y2K Thigh Strap Cord Mini

A reworked vintage skirt that entered our time machine in the 2000s and just slipped out here in mint condition. We added the long (and stretchy) straps to get this one-off look. It’s made of slightly stretchy black corduroy fabric and comes with four pockets and a zip & button closure. As you can see, our vintage shop is full of one-off treasures, take this one before it’s gone!
